Romaine and Creamy Dill Dressing
Makes 4 servings
Try this dressing as a dip for fresh vegetables or tossed with cucumber slices
for a quick salad.

ounce packet buttermilk salad dressing mix
1 cup fat-free buttermilk
3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
3\4 cup fat-free sour cream
1 tablespoon dried dill weed
4 cups prepackaged Romaine lettuce
1. Combine all ingredients except
lettuce in a medium bowl and whisk until well blended. Cover with plastic wrap
and refrigerate at least 30 minutes to thicken slightly. For peak flavor and
texture, refrigerate at least 8 hours.
2. Place mixed greens in a salad
bowl, add 1/2 cup of the dressing,and toss,gently yet thoroughly, to coat. Store
remaining dressing in refrigerator for later use.
